Although I am not a vegetarian I tend to eat healthy foods. I'd like to find out how I could replace the meat protein in my diet. Currently I supplement with whey protein and it helps to keep lean muscle mass -- I lift weights and require more protein than the average person. Reducing meats would also help me to cut the animal fats and get my waist below 32 inches. The only time I relax my diet is when I go camping. Sausage keeps easily, although it's high in fat, so I use it. I add fruits and vegetables to my stash along with nuts. What's in your camping food supply? Any vegetarians on this list?
I'm just curious to know if there are any other vegetarians on this list. Or those who do not eat red meats but mostly vegetarian with seafood occasionally. William Polowniak 1989 Vanagon GL 1988 Mercedes 300 SE |
