Sounds very cool. I wonder if there's one that fits the stock 14" alloy (I have a syncro, and have to keep the spare in the rotation)? 9L would do the trick. I also seem to have seen a rear spare tire carrier from VW for the vanagon? Seems that could be modified to hold a gerry can. bmc :) "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel...."
