I forgot to mention this on my travelogue, but I borrowed my dad's copy of
the Woodall's RV directory--what a resource!!  You can use them online at
www.woodalls.com, and can buy a paper or CD copy of the guide.  It has most
every campsite in the US, with ratings and phone numbers, directions, cost,
etc.  Invaluable.  Anyway, it might help.
