It really ain't that tough. I am lucky if I can remember my own name somedays, but I can usually remember these. The long pointy arrows are somewhat intuitive, once you've read the manual. The third control doesn't do quite what I would expect of it (tattered foam sels I suspect) and the rear fresh air control as several have noted seems to do little. As far as I can tell the vents at the rear of the doors exhaust air from the interior. Could be better, however any vehicle where I can have warm air on my feet and cool fresh air on my face without opening a window at 70 is wonderful as far as I am concerned. Seems as though few vehicles can do this anymore. Remember the fresh air vents every car/truck used to have?
