For those that haven't been around the list forever, Jim's referring to a very ugly incident that resulted in the expulsion of one list member that I'm aware of - there quite possibly have been more - for life. Only time I recall such an event. Believe me, this list lost a few members (voluntarily) over that incident. It was ugly, very, very ugly. The veggie slamming, such as it is, does not even come close to the bile spewed in the incident Jim refers to.

And for the record, anything I posted was meant as humor - no more, no less. I was a vegetarian for several years myself. No harm meant. Hopefully, no harm done.
