I have a '90 Westy and the label with all of the codes used to be on the metal body under the fuse box, down and to the left of the steering column. I have since moved mine to another place and covered with clear plastic tape. Anyway, it's L 090 D01, pastel white, the only white that was used on the Vanagon that year. I recently got a tube (now called a touch-up pencil or lackstift in German) from a dealer in San Diego, although they had to order it (took a couple of days). It has the neat little wire brush in the cap. Cost all of $3.05.
