You can switch the tumbler. If you look close , you will see a small pin .you may have to use a wire brush to clean it up to see it . I have swaped tumblers on the door handles before the trick is clean it up to see the pin and clamping it down securly to drive it out. Be sure to have the key in the tumbler it helps in the handling when it comes out.
