Subject: Syncro: leaky gas tank
Comments: To: syncro@egroups.com

So i put the first full tank of gas into my tiico... I stop in the Moscow Food Co-Op Parking lot to grab some vegetarian meat (tofu, baby!) and come out to some smelly hippies (complet with dreds and crap in their hair) looking under my syncro. "cool, someone is noticing my bus. Sweet" is what i though. But no, i was dripping gas from the top passanger side of the tank. Now save me from walking all the way to garage to get the Bentley and tell me what leaks up there? Vents, o-rings, filler-tube? Or is is a, gasp, a fresh hole from teh tiico conversion. As a note, it was below 20 in town for the past few weeks....

thank matthew 86 syncro westy tii
