Subject:      origin of a bike rack

On my '82 westy, there are two square metal tubes on the front that are
rivetted onto the body just above the upper grill, and the bolt on with
ruberrized hooks on the bumper.  There are holes through the tubing,
presumably to hold hooks that might hold a bike or two.  The hooks that
would hold the bike are gone.  Anyone know where this rack came from? Some
German thing, or an aftermarket addition?  Where might I find the hooks to
hold my bikes?
