I have a few TUV certificates for German wheels. The TUV numbers apply to a specific wheel used on a specific vehicle using a specific tire. This is the reason you don't often see the weight rating, as there is no need for it. The Audi wheels for example are TUV approved for a specific car using a specific tire.

In the TUV certificates, the same wheel can have a wide weight load range depending on the vehicle and tire selected. In Germany you must have TUV approval to use the wheels and tires on your car or van.
