William,

The oil is mostlikely coming from the engine main seal. If it stays small (it probably will) & stays off the clutch, there really is no need to worry about it. The recommended way to get access is to remove the tranny. Much easier than removing the engine. There is no gasket where the engine block mates with to the bellhousing.
