Subject:      window installation, any tips ?

Hi,  I found a far rear drivers side window at a junk yard it has the air
vent in it as part of the window. The guy at the yard mentioned putting a
rope in the seal and it being a two person project. Any advise would be
appreciated. And this poor Wolfsburg in the junk yard did not have a speck
of rust on the body.
