no one in a 10 block radius of you will be able to listen to their radio- ------------------------------ Not true at all; the static disturbance is just about 100 yards or one city block. An 85 GL has electronic ignition and requires a resistor coil wire. Only 83 and below standard point set ignitions require a solid core coil wire. Many new wire sets of 80-83 wire sets come with a resistor wire (still need the resistor type rotor arm). I've also seen wire sets with a suppressor (junk) in the coil wire. Yes I know I'm crazy! Its just been that way for a long time.
