Rather than bolt it down why not put a brace in front and back that secures it to the front of both seats then another brace that secures it at the back which you can screw into the console? Then it is easy to put in and easy to take out with no drilling into the van to invite rust development or accidental piercing of vital parts.

Or a strap, or a wedge. Lots of creative options to eliminate the need for drilling.
