The idle speed sounds good, but when switching on the AC kills the engine, that definitely points to the Idle Stabilizer Valve. If it is buzzing or you can feel the vibration, then you may have a problem with the Idle Stabilizer Control, which is the little electronic box behind the right rear tail light. Will be interesting to hear how this plays out.
