Volks, The saga continues. tested coolant tempII sensor, and it is in line. replaced oxygen sensor..........same result when warmed up, it would hold idle about 850-900 rpm. I checked rubber boot from AFM to throttle body, it is fine(actually took it off) ;ooked for other vac leaks none present Switched on A/c car died. When i turn the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body NOTHING happens..whether i go all the way in OR all the way out....idle is the same. This is truly bizarre....... When key is first turned, i can hear the idle stabilizer valve kick in. (Buzz) I am going to check (recheck) valve adjustment right now |
