WOO HOO! The San Francisco Area vanagoners must have all just been listening to KQED on the internet - it "timed-out" on me several times, so that tells me they had many more web listeners than they could handle. I work at another Bay Area non-commercial station - KFJC FM (not NPR) and we overload at about 200 net listeners (but I have no idea how large a "pipe" KQED has...)

I guess I will have to wait until after 6PM when the archived version is available from the main NPR site.
