Well unfortunately I am not in AZ or I would go get it. I doubt I could find
a differential around here without paying some outrageous price, but I will
keep my eyes open. If quaife can make one cheaper than $1200 I would buy
one. I imagine this could be done with a group purchase which some
listmembers have expressed interest in. Anyone have an extra differential
laying around they could donate?

P.S. I checked out that 87 Syncro for sale in PA, unfortunately it only has
the rear bed and no poptop. The pics were nice and the price is right, but
it's not a camper :(
