The guy who owns Blazer Automotive in Englewood told me that Jim Wright
(Wright's German Automotive) in Arvada has done a few I-4 conversions; you
might give him a call and see what he'll charge.  He's a very nice fella,
too.

Can anyone recommend a reputable VW mechanic in Denver
?  I am close to biting the bullet and replacing my
engine with a Golf engine, and I'd like to call around
a few places to see if I can find a better deal than
$5500 which I was quoted by a very good mechanic in
Boulder.  I have no tools nor the inclination to do
the job myself, but I'd like to spend less than that
if possible (and without having a shoddy job done).
