Piece of cake. It can be done with a floor jack (the one with little wheels on it), some 4x4s, and a couple of jack stands. Read the manual as to how and in what order to remove all the hoses, wires etc. Took a couple of hours taking my time. Replace the clutch and check the flywheel while it's out. Special tools? Hammer type impact driver, torque wrench, some method for locking the flywheel in place when you are taking it off. Not much else I can think of. I wouldn't hesitate to do this on the side of the road if it were at all necessary.

And I did it myself.
