Thanks for the help with evaluating my '84 Adventurewagen; the adjuster and
the independent adjuster (who did the pulling) offered me $6,600.00, of
which $1K must go to paying off the loan I still had on her. Now I'm told
she's too much for me to put her back on the road. Is anyone interested in
buying her, either whole or as parts? I must decide soon if I'm to buy her
back; I can't store her, so any sale must be soon. Please send me any
messages SOON! Her interior is fine; tires, windows, AW top, stove, frig,
wall heater, sink, etc., are all fine. Rear door and some of sides need
repainting: (NOT! Rear hatchdoor's fine as are sides!)...plastic parts at
rear need replacing along with, of course, the electric and burned things in
engine compartment. Hope I get a response...I don't want her to go to the

Story: REPLACE FABRIC-COATED FUEL LINES IN VOLKSWAGENS WITH LINES THAT WILL
REVEAL ANY CRACKS OR LEAKS!! ...Happy Valentine's...
