Randy,

Check the output from the voltage stabilizer, located on the blue foil circuit board on the back of the instrument cluster. This is what powers the temp-gage & gas-gage. The output should be 9.5 to 10.5 volts. If it's high, the gage will read high. For procedure see Bentley, if you don't have Bentley, pmail me.
