Lee: Stopped by the Chicago Auto Show last Wednesday afternoon. The VW section had NO concept bus on display. No pictures, no vehicle, no nothing. They had one Eurovan camper on display but it was kept locked so all you could do was look through the windows at the interior. They did have a cut away version of the new 8-cylinder (W8?) gasoline engine on display and a new Jetta GLI with a tuned up VR6 (200+HP) engine and 6 speed manual transmission. Only TDI diesel model I saw on display was a Jetta Wagon. Oh well, maybe next year. BTW, the Mini display was quite interesting. BMW might just make the Mini work in America this time.
