Wiggle the wire loom plug in connector on the back of the instrument cluster, could fix the blinker indicator and other minor instrument problems. The non blinking turn signals are often corrosion in the bulb sockets, or corrosion in the wiring yoke going into the tail light assembly. That noise after your fridge turns off is the fan, noise not a problem. After you replace the LP regulator and fill the tank it may take several attempts to get the fridge to light on LP. The ignitors and safety devices often just need a few attempt cycles to get cleaned, blown out or just may be stubborn. The indicator light is very hard to see .... I use the center paper tube from a roll of paper hand towels to isolate it from the light and look down the tube to see the pilot light. (desire to throw large sums of money at it), known as paranoid maintenance syndrome. Be patient your van just turned 20 years old. http://williamwareagency.com/forsale/stanvan/parts.htm Stan Wilder 83 Air Cooled Westfalia
