This is another example of the ball-less approach to recognizing achievement which is rampant in our society. The Soccer Moms have done their best to drag excellence down to the level playing field of mediocrity ONLY because they can't do the opposite. I grew up reading Ayn Rand and watching Eric Hoffer intellectually sparing with William F. Buckley, so this kind of hovno (however it is spelled, said with long o's) is becoming pretty tedious to me. Those of you with little kids: for the sake of God, teach them that they can only be great if they strive to be great!
