Subject: No Heater/No Wipers!
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I went out this morning and fired up the '85 Westy to run it to work. (I don't normally use it for daily transportation, but I wanted to use it tomorrow and it hadn't been run in a while.) Started right up. No heater fan on any speed. It sometimes will not start on 1 or even 2, but always kicks over on 3. Not today. It is cold, maybe 30F, windshield is frosted. Hmm. I try the wipers/washers, nothing either. Back heater comes on OK. Dash lights work. Can't drive it with out a heater or wipers. I realize the heater motor is going or gone, but I don't drive it cold weather very much. It always started on 3 and then will run on 1 or 2. Could it just have blown a fuse? If the wipers had worked, I might have driven it anyway. The heater might work once everything warmed up under there, but I wasn't going anywhere without wipers. Same circuit? My Bentley is at home.

Jay
