I can't supply a CAD file, but I'd suggest the Bentley guide illustrations:  they are marked with distances, and surely must be to scale.  Thus I'd suggest scanning them.

Hi everyone,
i was about to design the furniture and beds for my new old vanagon ('82 caravelle)
and to take all the measures and create an autocad or 3d max file to start working, and then i thought that perhaps someone has made this before, so here is the question.
 
¿anyone has any vanagon (empty, with the seats or with the furniture), inside any design computer program?
