Another huge culprit of poor heating has nothing to do with the heating system, and is usually the problem I have in my buses. That is Seals, the rubber variety, not the marine mammal variety!! Doesn't matter how much heat comes through the vents if all goes out through the window and door seals. JB

I have been in temps in the teens with the same result in these vehicles.

If anyone does not have this result, they need to inspect the heating system. Lots of times things have been disconnected rotted, rusted, etc........and thus no heat.....

Also, I find it to be a very DRY heat with no fumes of any kind.
