They zip right past me and get someoone else ahead of me.

I'm convinced that it would be too embarrassing for the CHP to tell their compadres that they ticketed a VW bus!

Anyone been stopped for freeway speeding?

How true! Even though I drive the Westy far more frequently than my other ride, I've only been pulled over for an illegal left in Pasadena (watch out for those puny signs and the ubiquitous motorcycle cops!) However, in my little yellow 914 I've been stopped for all sorts of B.S. along with one or two well-deserved speeding tickets.
