I ordered that kit from B.D. too, last year, along with the S.A. grill
kit.  It took three or four months and an extra phone call before I
finally got the "switch kit", and when I did, it was nothing but a three
position rocker switch, with no instructions of any kind.  No harness,
no relay.  The cost was about $15.  The switch fits in the blanked in
hole under the emergency flashers, and looks good there, but I had to
design my own wiring to make the lights work.

I talked to Ron @ the Bus Depot a couple of weeks ago looking for a
relay kit for the SA Quad Grill. His quote was about $15 and a little
less for Listees. Upon ordering they seem to be out! And I need it soon!

Does anyone have the kits for sale? As I was told it is a relay, a
switch and some wiring...
