When I had the paint flaking from the table support bars, I simply had
them powder coated.
The shop was able to match the gray color. I don't see why you could not
have the same thing done to the stove panel.

What I think is strange about the paint on the stove panel is how over
time it turns from gray to an odd gray-drab green color.
