I guess it depends where you are. To me, $220 US seems outrageous. I just called Safelite Auto Glass from the yellow pages. Here in san Diego, California at Safelite Auto Glass a new windshield costs $137 installed and $49 for a gasket if needed and $4.00 for tinting up top as an option. Mine has 4 little rock dings in out of the view areas and I plan to just keep it as it is. Maybe even put some of those fake bullet hole decals over the dings.
