Folks, A while back William stated a thread on designing a alarm device for the Popup. Some that would sound a warning or even lock out the ignition switch if the top hadn't been securely closed. The debate ranged from ........ why was it need to what a great idea. Since I have recently discovered that many of my previously healthy and perfectly functioning brain cells are among the missing, and you can't prove otherwise ...... I came down on the favorable side of this topic. Scoured the archives, they are shinny clean now, but can't seem to find and conclusion on practical design / fabrication suggestions. While we are at it, if the solution could also be applied to help one remember to put their trousers on before driving away ... that might have a use too. Not for me, but you know who you are.
