Happened to my 90 Multivan yesterday. Only when winds were swirling and over about 63 mph. I searched the archives and supposedly it can be relieved by cracking the wing side windows. Of course, that makes more noise than the rattling. (Less unsettling though!) Someone suggested putting in some weather-stripping. Any other suggestions? My rubber edge is tight but not meeting the front edge uniformly. (Possibly some warping on the luggage top?) Anyway, that's where it catches the wind and rattles.
