ken, there should be something in bentley. but the basics are: remove everything bolted through into the door (grab handle, map pocket if present, lower air vent, and latch), then pop the plastic hold-downs out using a big flatblade screwdriver right next to the hold down. the window and mirror switches (if you have mirrors) will still be attached. they're held on with barbs on the casing (the black plastic thingy around the switch, name of which i cannot recall) locked on the cut-out of the panel. ease the casing out, then disconnect the switches from the wiring. that should do it.
