Chili? On or about Veterans Day in November, Panamint Springs Resort used to host an all comers chili "cookoff". The last one "Desert Heat IV" was an overwhelming success.

So what kind of chili event should the vanagoneers put on? and when? and where?

Kasper has a recipe for UCSC Mascot Chili.

Good excuse to go and USE those westies.
