Just the other day I pulled all four of my lights and used a bit of towel and a wire to clean out the inside of my headlamps. Makes a BIG difference. Then, I installed a set of Sylvania SilverStar bulbs. Wow, these guys are nice! I've never heard of them before, they run at 4000 Deg. K and at $25 each they're a big jump up from most other bulbs. Work great, and those far no melting issues.
