I have a '91 carat with the original radio and a owner installed cd changer (fm modulator). Intermittently a high amount of static comes from the right side speakers - front and rear. The driver's side speakers are fine. It happens with the engine running and off and the key in and out of the ignition. When the cars running the turn signal will alter the pattern of the static. When I looked behind the glove box the speaker wire is bundled with all the other wires. Speaker wires are unshielded. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to when it occurs. Any ideas? Thanks.
