Remove the door panel and remove the window motor, the you can crank it up by hand. Much better with two people.

Also, any suggestions on how to troul\bleshoot the window?

If you have the same proble using either door switch, try very carefully to run yhe motor when it is removed; if it works, then probably a cable or rivet snapped.
