Actually, if one were to split hairs, yes and no... Dansk is indeed an OE
exhaust supplier to VW, but these are not OE parts (inasmuch as the original
supplier of these particular parts to VW was not Dansk).  Regardless, my
experience is the same as Ken's in that their fit (and quality) is
comparable to OE, which is really what matters.
