OK.  I just looked through the vanagon.com tire spec list.  I see that the
requirements for LI a re high so I call the locals.  No dice.  Tire rack
ditto.  Discount Tire ditto.  Apparently 205/70 R14 are required wiht a LI
of 99 or greater.  So far this seems to be an impossible spec for love or
money.

Any current expereince/advice appreciated.  P-mail me if you don't want to
embaress yourself by responding to the list.
