Tim,
   It is ok to sell to the list.  I like ebay but I
look to the list for the list not references to some
ebay listing of a listmember(listmember spam).   On
the other hand if some listmember gives reference to
an ebay item they have no connection to other than
they find it interesting, I'll cut them some slack.
Maybe that is the differnce here?
