If it kills the headlights then it's the switch. If not, then the relay

X-terminal on ign drives headlights, 97.63 track 41, also (track 40 connecting to 97.66 track 90) the coil for the relay which feeds everything coming down from track 97. Rear heater blower doesn't seem to be on diagram, but I bet it's on the same circuit -- it is in later versions.
