If regreasing is all you want Stan Wilder told me of an even better method using the "needle method" by making a special tool with a mini grease gun and fitting 1/8 copper tubing (available at Ace Hardware) and fittings from NAPA. I saved a photo of the tool he made. If you want to see it pmail me.

With Stan's tool (no jokes now) there is no danger of the flimsy little needle you can buy at FLAPS breaking off inside to cause serious damage.
