Ben, I am glad to hear you say this about Wyoming. I love the place, but I get the worst gas mileage there when driving my van, than any other place, or so it seems. FWIW, I know exactly what you mean about not being able to go very far due to the headwinds or whatever. In fact, several years ago, I came way to close to running out of gas when I felt I should have been able to go another hundred miles. That is when I decided to sign up for AAA.

Nice to know its not just my van :-)
