Subject: A/C Fan speed 3 not working in ' 91 Carat
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

My A/C fan works on speeds 1, 2 & 4 but NOT 3. It blows very cold air. I searched the archives and could only find a reference by Tim Hannink. It appears that Tim has fixed this problem twice. Tim, if your out there let me know what you did.

Any other advice greatly appreciated.

It is (currently) the only thing wrong with my Vanagon other than the cigarette lighter bulb. I probably damaged it when I was trying to remove it to tighten the fit in the dashboard. I looked up how to remove the lighter housing but I would like to know what bulb it takes before I remove it to replace it. If you know which bulb goes in to light the cigarette lighter socket let me know.

Thanks, Steve Johnson ' 91 Carat
