Dennis,
While it is true that 215/65-15 is a common size for cars it
is difficult to find them in a reinforced tire. IN fact I
have only found two The Pirelli P6000 and the Michelin Agilis
51. There are a couple in the 205/65-15 size available from
Nokian.
