I got up that nerve and recently drilled holes in my pop-top to attach Yakima's Sideloader brackets. It is easy and the set-up works great. You will also need Yakima's 1-A Raingutter Towers and croosbars. It does add some weight to the roof. I was kind of surprised how much tougher it was to raise the top with the racks on, but it's not that bad. Forget about those racks that you have to pull off to raise the top - what a pain in the A !
