only when they bust, I have some hoses that are original (90 GL) and have 261,000 mile of coolant through them. On the other side, the first one to go was the little angled one to the oil cooler. No hose has been replaced...therefore I would say hoses are god for at least 150,000 on an average. Hi, What are general life expectancy's for the hoses in a van, coolant primarily. Bentley doesn't say anything about how often those should be replaced or I just didn't read carefully. I guess it would also depend on enviroment and other factors. Are people changing hoses out at set intervals? Joe |
