Ya'll don't know how good you have it over there.... in the U S of A.
Try driving an '87 Vanagon in Europe some time. Here in Austria I am
paying about the equivilent of USD $3.50 per gallon for my 91 octane car
juice.
Plus a hundred bucks a year for a sticker that allows you to drive on the
autobahns.
And since we tend to drive a bit quicker here (yes, my Vanagon has hit
speeds over 100mph down steady autobahn grades) the gasoline gauge just
flies from right to left... in front of your eyes, while driving.
Anyway... stop complaining about gas prices (but please, please don't start
talking about tires again... anything but tires!)
